a Merry Christmas Eve....2012

My hot chocolate station....going to enjoy alot of cups this winter!
It was a pretty busy Christmas Eve day.  After breakfast I got started in the kitchen.  I had candy to make, cupcakes to bake, and Paula Deen's Corn Salad to prepare for a family get-together tonight.

Altogether, I think I made 10 dozen batches of Captain Crunch candy....yummy :)

We had supper tonight with the Futch family...my father's side of the family.  My Memama is still in the hospital, so she couldn't be there with us, so that stunk!  But it was a good night.  We enjoyed a great meal and alot of laughter :)

It was extra special because all three of my sisters and their families were there.

My Aunt Debbie and Uncle Ed go all out decorating for Christmas!  They have lots of lights outside and Christmas all over the house.  It was so much fun!

We had fun posing for pics in the yard with their deer figures...lol!

After we left their house, we rode through town and saw more pretty Christmas lights......

Well, it's time to head to bed and wait on Santa to come.....

Merry Christmas everyone!
