Check out my new table!
I had the idea to use a stump to make a new coffee table in the living room. This stump even had a big ole knot on it.....so cool!
It wasn't quite the right size for what I had in mind, but it came in handy in the game room.....and I may even move it to one of the porches. The mister didn't even have to cut a tree up for this. He found this stump lying in the woods. It was already dry and had no bark on it, which meant less work for him :) He just sanded it a little and applied a walnut stain.
The top came off of an old table we had - really old! But I love the character of an old piece!
