Nick Marshall = Record Breaker

(most photos in post are from Kelly Maybie Photography)
Here he is! The man of the hour from last Friday night's game against Irwin Co. The Wilcox County Patriots defeated their foe 48-20 in a night of great high school football.
I've had the privilege of watching Nick play all of his high school career....and it never gets old or boring! He continues to amaze us all and our entire community is so excited about his future at the University of Georgia! Go Dawgs!!!
It was so great to be in the stadium Friday night as Nick broke the state record for career TD passes! He is the sole owner of GHSA's All Classification State Record for Career Touchdown Passes! Way to go, Nick!

Here's a shot right before THE pass....Nick motioning for his receivers to get in place. He threw the 33 yd TD pass to his brother, Quez Mahogany. He says it wasn't planned that way....but I'm kinda glad it worked out like that....don't you know their mama was proud?!)

Coach Mark Leford presenting Nick with the football
I thought it was so cool that they actually stopped the game to do this!

Now......on to the playoffs! It's us against the Dooly Co. Bobcats this Friday night! Don't miss it!
