Prayer Request

I received a call at lunch concerning Logan. His parents had not gotten to see him yet and finally found out that he was having problems waking up like he should. He also was having some difficulty with his breathing and they were concerned that he may have to have a blood transfusion. PLEASE join me in praying specifically for these needs. He's been through so much already in his little life........ I hate to picture him having so much done to him, but I thank God that the doctors know what needs to be done. LORD JESUS, PLEASE GET HIM THROUGH THIS AND COMFORT HIS PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS AS THEY ANXIOUSLY WAIT.

Logan's surgery was at 7:30 am this morning. He came through surgery and is doing well. Please continue to pray for a speedy recovery and no problems from surgery.

Please be in prayer for Logan this week, especially Friday, May 15th. His doctor decided that he will have to have the shunt surgery after all. The surgery will be Friday (not sure the exact time). Pray that the surgery will go well, that the shunt would work and remove the fluid from his head, and that there will be no infection.

We are disappointed that he will have to go to the OR again, but we trust God to care for him in the best way and know that he is in good hands. God continues to bless Logan as he has gained weight and continues to act like a baby his age should. A hearing test on Tuesday revealed that his hearing is fine - in both ears! Praise the Lord for that!!

We appreciate your prayers so much.

You have my prayers for little Logan. It is amazing how quickly we say, "why me?" Little Logan seems to be going through more than many adults have in their long lives, but it is obvious that God has him in His care...His loving arms of protection never fail!
